As Shula’s Steak Houses Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations, Ms. Thompson is responsible for all aspects of Shula’s corporate marketing and public relations activities including marketing/PR for its six restaurant brands and support for all of Shula’s locations in nine states. Ms. Thompson has over 11 years of marketing experience in the food and beverage industry, holding a variety of marketing positions. In these roles, she has been responsible for branding, planning and budgeting, content development, digital marketing, eCommerce, social media program management, promoted posting, search engine optimization, and website development and management. Prior to joining Shula’s team, Ms Thompson served as Director of Marketing for Spectra Food Services & Hospitality, overseeing the company’s corporate marketing strategy as well as helping to grow the company and develop a structured marketing support program for all 140 client facilities. Ms. Thompson earned her degree in Marketing from Florida State University and is a member of the American Marketing Association. She resides in Ft. Lauderdale with her husband and dogs.
