“We strive for Perfection, just as Coach Shula accomplished during his famous 1972 Perfect NFL Season. Wine is an important component of a winning Steak House formula, and we are proud to partner with the wineries that comprise our award-winning wine lists,” said Chad Brockway, Shula’s Director of Operations and Beverages. “We also take pride in supplementing our regular wine list with limited time offerings, such as our current Wagner Family Wine feature, which gives our patrons the opportunity to try something new.  Our team works diligently to ensure we match our patrons’ menu selections and preferences with the perfect wine choice.”

In 2018, the Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards Program celebrated 37 years of championing excellence in restaurant wine lists.  The awards are designed to elevate wine selection and service around the world and encourage strong programs that complement a variety of cuisines, settings, and prices.  Shula’s Steak Houses have been proud participants in the program since their first award in 2005.

“As W.C. Fields once said, ‘I cook with wine, and sometimes I even add it to the food.’ To work with wineries that are as passionate about their craft as we are about our food, is a huge victory,” said Chris Perrino, Shula’s Director of Culinary Operations.  “The amount of hard work and passion that go into executing the symphony of wine and food is intricate. When Wine Spectator presented us with our first award, it was a huge achievement.  Winning multiple times over multiple years is a legacy!  Congratulations to the Men and Women that make Shula’s great, thank you all!”
